As studies show, a today’s physician is concerned and curious but also busy and overworked. The amount of time needed to search for information has been a key difficulty which physicians have consistently reported. In the US, primary care physicians spent, on average, less than two minutes on a search activity by consulting colleagues or paper information (1). One of the main problems physicians report when searching electronic information is the amount of time required. Physicians also face difficulties with formulating a good search question, finding an optimal search strategy, and interpreting found evidence. This forms a barrier when consulting evidence-based medicine (EBM) sources and to the implementation of EBM into clinical practice  (2).
